A soft play centre has finally realised we really don’t grow up and decided to hold an adults only session.

The Play Factory in Thornaby, Teesside, were overwhelmed by the response and interest but we could have easily told them that you don’t need to be a dribbling toddler to want to jump in a ball pond.

They created a Facebook event for the special day and it wasn’t long before people shared it and confirmed they were going to the event. Operations manager Jenny Archer told The Mirror people simply can’t wait.

People have said ‘wow this would be great fun – we can’t wait to do it. We have been getting asked in a casual and jokey manner since we opened to do this. People have said ‘we’ve had such a good time – could we have it just for adults? Jenny Archer

It will take place on 22nd May and have a variety of challenges and activities for the big kids including adventure tasks, time trials, laser tag and races. There’s even the chance that if everyone is on their best behaviour then alcohol could be permitted. However, the managers have said that safety is very important. So no tequila shots while going down the slide.
