These Security Checks Went A Little Too Far

Airport security hate me. Fact. I only say this because EVERY single time I go on holiday I get stopped by the guards. I’m not a criminal or anything I promise, they just can’t get enough. It often has something to do with me forgetting to “separate my liquids” or the underwire in my bra setting off the sensors. Well, that’s what they tell me.

In short, I’m always setting off the security alarms or getting selected for a random check. I must have one of those suspicious looking faces. Even though I’m obviously innocent, for some reason each time I get stopped I suddenly feel like I’ve done something wrong and my cheeks get all flushed. I’m sure that the people within this article feel my pain. They were all stopped by airport security and their thorough inspections probably left them feeling a whole heap of embarrassment…

I know we should be thankful that airport staff undertake such meticulous checks to ensure our safety, but did they really need to take that elderly lady out of her wheelchair?

By the looks of things the guy above is a part-time guard, part-time p*nis doctor (I’m sure that’s the medical term). Furthermore, the security officer on the next page is the female equivalent…

To make the job easier for airport security staff, perhaps we should all just start doing this…

Actually I take that back, that would be a pretty bad idea. Those airports can get pretty nippy at times.

I  wonder if celebrities are subjected to the same thorough checks that the rest of us regular folk are put through. If I were a security guard I’d probably take David Beckham into a far off room for an intimate private search. I can imagine the conversation now: “Sorry Becks, we’ve heard that you may be hiding a mysterious package. I’m going to need you to take off your clothes. It’s protocol.”

In other airport security news, this is how private your full body scan images really are. Evidently nothing in this world is ‘private’ anymore.
